Mr. Franck received his Juris Doctor from Georgetown University, Washington, DC in 1985. He received a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Georgetown University also in 1985. He received his Bachelor of Arts (honors) from U.C. Berkeley in 1981.
Mr. Franck is a civil trial and appellate attorney. He handles civil rights disputes, business disputes, family law disputes, real estate disputes, and and intra family disputes over businesses.
He also does U.S.A. immigrations and VISA work, focusing on the business investment VISA and Country Manager VISA programs.
